This is a 6-room apartment, located on the 2st and 3nd floors of a private house; the ground floor of the farmhouse is occupied by the owners, two discreet adults French and Quebecers. Your accommodation, entrance and courtyard are private. We started in 2024 in the tourism industry, taking over the former B&B La Passiflore.
Comfort
We are a gîte for small groups of max 11 persons . Here are the renovations we have carried out: We modernized the heating and air conditioning system with a reversible air conditioner, replaced the windows, and replaced the gas water heater with a more efficient thermodynamic one; we brought the electrical system up to code, replaced the light fixtures, modernized the plumbing, installed a fully equipped kitchen, and of course repainted all the rooms. We also replaced all the mattresses and purchased new bedding. We also replaced furniture, an outdoor gazebo, new gates, and many other details. In 2025, we replaced some floors, the pool cabana, and the deck (in progress); there is still more to do, and we plan to continue beautifying the gîte over the years. We hope to satisfy you.
We are also on HomeExchange and have availability outside the summer season, for GP or reciprocal exchange.
