Do you know L'Auberge du Pont? No? Then go: it's a must in our area, right below Chambonas castle. The speciality: veal sweetbreads with foie gras. If you love traditional southern French food, you'll be licking your fingers… I know what I'm talking about, I've just come back and I'm still full! It's not just Jeanne's cooking that's a treat: there's also the good humour and professionalism of Raphaël, the angel of the restaurant.
A small, rustic and friendly restaurant that I recommend to everyone as my favourite; I go there regularly. But be careful: book ahead, or you'll only enjoy the delicious smells from the pavement.
